Reading // What Alice Forgot by Liane Moriarty. I just downloaded it yesterday and I’m only on the second chapter, but I’m liking it so far!

Watching // The Walking Dead, Grey’s Anatomy, and The Big Bang Theory. I loved the season premier of TWD, I wish episodes of Grey’s weren’t so hit or miss, and BBT is always hilarious!

Listening to // A variety of artists. My last three downloaded songs are “Sorry” by Justin Bieber, “Hello” by Adele, and “Can’t Feel My Face” by The Weeknd. I hate myself a little for the Biebs, but oh well. I also have a bunch of Sia songs stuck in my head. Girl’s a BEAST.

Loving // How much Isla and Norah are interacting these days. There’s so much sisterly love, I can’t handle it! I know it won’t last forever and they’ve already had a couple of “spats” over toys (mostly Isla taking things away from Norah), but I just love watching them play with one another.

Thinking // About how sick of the snow I’m getting. We got a little skift of it last night and that was depressing, especially since we live on the shady side of the street. Our neighbours across the street have ZERO SNOW in their front yard. Boo!

Needing // My hair cut. I haven’t got it cut since before Norah was born and it’s so lifeless. Blech.

Looking forward to // Kyle’s birthday on Sunday! We don’t have anything special planned as he works the next day, but I’m looking forward to celebrating it with him and the girls.

What are you reading, watching, and looking forward to?

  1. Interested to hear what you think of What Alice Forgot; I think those with husbands/kids read that book totally different than someone like me!

I am currently reading Drinking: A Love Story, watching Gilmore Girls, and looking forward to my cruise in 9 days!

  2. We’ve had a super mild winter here but I still can’t wait for spring! Every time it snows even a tiny bit I get mad. Once Christmas is over the snow can just go away! I’m currently reading “Better Than Before” by Gretchen Rubin, watching the Gilmore Girls (I’m almost done season 7!), and looking forward to a weekend visiting friends and family in Calgary :)
