Moments of Motherhood: Give them an inch

This week’s Moments of Motherhood column is up at the Armchair Mayor News, and I discuss how you can only protect and watch after your children so much. You can give them an inch, and more likely than not, they’ll take a mile.

Here’s a snippet, and as always, be sure to click through to read the rest:

Early last week, headlines were made when the window of a Salmon Arm elementary school was broken and a fire was started inside one of the classrooms. Introducing: Moments of Motherhood

I’m excited to announce that I will be writing at a guest columnist at The Armchair Mayor News every other Tuesday starting today! The AM News is a Kamloops-based news blog created by my former boss and retired editor-in-chief of the Kamloops Daily News, Mel Rothenburger. My new column is called “Moments of Motherhood,” and in it I plan to write honest stories about life as a Gen-Y parent. Expect humour, sarcasm, and not-necessarily-good-advise ;)

So, allow me to present to you a snippet of my first column!
