Talking about drinking before the wedding …

Him: “Are you going to have a couple drinks before the wedding?”

Me: “Maybe one or two. I don’t want to be stumbling down the aisle you know.”

Him: “Well no, but I don’t want you to bawl the entire time too. You’ll probably cry all day if you’re not intoxicated.”

Me: “True.”

(When he was a groomsman a couple years ago the guys drank all. day. long. And the bridemaids shot-gunned beers all the way to the reception, lol)
